DELTA RIVERS NATURE CENTER is Arkansas’ first-ever nature center, located in Pine Bluff Regional Park. This is 130 acre center for exploring nature trails, wildflower areas and a chance to view some of the native wildlife. Indoors you will find exhibits featuring delta wildlife and history, aquariums with delta fishes and a gift shop with educational environ- mentally related items. Admission is free. Located in Regional Park off of Martha Mitchell Expressway.
SARACEN SPLASH PARK offers a panoramic view of beautiful Lake Sara- cen in Pine Bluff. This park is designed for the safe play of all children, including those who are differently abled. Pro- grammable waterjets, on-site toilet and changing rooms, vending machines and picnic tables make this the perfect sum- mer adventure for any family. The splash park is located just west of the Saracen Landing complex at 200 Lake Saracen Drive, Pine Bluff.
SHERIDAN CITY PARK COMPLEX of- fers a large swimming pool and splash pad, tennis courts, a pavilion, inclusive playground, a skate park, a 1.3-mile paved walking trail, and RV campsites with electrical hookups. The commu- nity center houses two meeting rooms with a commercial kitchen, a basketball court, a racquetball court, fitness room and game room. Across the road is the sports complex, with five softball fields, two baseball fields, batting cages, three soccer fields, two youth football fields, a fishing pond with pier and a fenced dog park.
