We are pleased that you’ll be spending time in our community, and we hope that you’ll enjoy and explore some of the treasures that Pine Bluff has to offer.
If you’re hungry, there are several outstanding places downtown, like Underwater Seafood, RJs Sports Bar and Grill, Indigo Blue Coffee House, and Unique Cakes. You can also visit the Pine Bluff/Jefferson Library, which offers in addition to a wide selection of books, a recording studio, instructional kitchen, computer services, and space that can be rented for special events.
Across the street is ART WORKS and ARTSpace on Main, filled with artwork, a black box theater, and rooms for traveling artists to stay while they work. Nearby is the Arts and Science Center for Southeast Arkansas with additional art galleries and a theater where quality plays and productions are hosted.
Avid swimmers should visit our state-of-the-art aquatic center. Not only is it the best in the Delta, but it’s one of the best facilities of its kind in Arkansas. The center features a lap pool, therapeutic spa, party rooms, a children's play area, and more. Enjoy fitness at one of our many parks and recreational facilities, such as the Bloom Tennis Center, Saracen Landing on Saracen Lake, and Regional Park.
Regional Park is our largest park, containing a golf course, waterfront building available for events, an amphitheater for outdoor events, access to the river for boating and fishing. It's also the home of Delta Rivers Nature Center where you can view wildlife exhibits and walk beautiful nature trails. Pine Bluff also has a trail where you can fish in Bayou Bartholomew, the largest bayou in the world.
Of course, you can also spend some time at Saracen Casino Resort, which offers a delicious buffet and superb cuisine at Red Oak Steakhouse, one of fewer than 50 locations in the U.S. licensed to serve Kobe beef. Furthermore, Pine Bluff is embedded with historical sites and museums that showcase our city's ties to American history and major events that have shaped the nation.
Again, whether you’re from near or far, we hope you’ll take time to explore during your visit, and you’ll come back soon to enjoy Pine Bluff even more. Thank you for visiting our great city.
Sincerely,
Mayor, City of Pine Bluff
